04 — Company Rental Plan

Looking for
predictable long-term rent?

"No brokerage — we pay you the agreed rent and security deposit."

For owners ready to rent long-term to the company · 2–5 years

Rento Properties or its designated group company takes the property under a long-term rental arrangement. Rent begins from the commencement date specified in the signed agreement, subject to completion of possession and handover requirements — without waiting for an occupant to be found.

  • ✓Who this is for: owners who are ready to rent their property to Rento Properties directly, on a long-term basis, rather than to an individual tenant.
  • ✓Minimum term of 2–5 years.
  • ✓The contracting entity — Rento Properties or its designated group company — pays the owner the agreed rent and security deposit, as set out in the signed agreement, based on the prevailing market rent for the property, confirmed at inspection.
  • ✓No tenant-search involvement required from the owner.
  • ✓Rento manages occupancy and day-to-day tenant coordination.
  • ✓No owner-side brokerage.
  • ✓Property use, occupant categories and subletting rights clearly documented.
  • ✓Exit, escalation, damage and handover terms agreed in advance, in writing.
Contracting entity: Under the Company Rental Plan, the property is taken on rent directly by Rento Properties or its designated group company. The contracting entity, rent, security deposit, commencement date and all other commercial terms will be clearly identified in the signed agreement, and disclosed to you before execution.

Please note: Property eligibility is subject to inspection, location, and commercial assessment — acceptance is not automatic. All commercial terms (rent, deposit amount, payment schedule, and term length) are confirmed only in the signed agreement. Ask us for a sample agreement before you commit.

Why owners choose this

One agreement, years of clarity
A single 2–5 year arrangement means no annual re-negotiation or repeated tenant search.
One point of contact
You deal with Rento only — not a rotating cast of tenants, brokers or vendors.
Terms fixed in writing
Rent, deposit, schedule and exit terms are all set out in the signed agreement — no ambiguity.
No owner-side brokerage
The commercial arrangement is directly with Rento — no brokerage payable by the owner.

Illustrative Example — Not an Actual Customer

An owner nearing retirement in Sarjapur Road wants stable income without repeated tenant cycles for the next few years. Under the Company Rental Plan, Rento inspects the property, shares written terms, and — once signed — the owner receives rent as per the agreed schedule and deals with a single point of contact for the full term.

Want your property assessed?

We inspect the property, assess it commercially and share written terms before anything is signed. Rent, deposit, term and schedule are all confirmed in the signed agreement — acceptance is not automatic.
